no_neg_stem_periphrastic
EN Some verbs (some adjectival) have NO negative stem and are negated PERIPHRASTICALLY with uwa (see NEG-UWA-VERBAL / section C.4). Note: wuriba 'bad', which Taylor said could not take the privative, IS happily negated by current consultants (m-awuibaa-ti, ex.37).
